Permanently delete your account and associated data.

What happens when you delete your account

Permanently deleted:

  • Your contractor profile, private details, and identity documents
  • Saved payment methods and bank account details
  • Chat messages and uploaded photos
  • Live location data and notifications
  • Subscriptions and OTP records
  • Manager access requests and property access permissions

Anonymised (identity removed, record retained):

  • Financial records (payments, transactions, payouts) — retained for 7 years per South African tax law
  • Maintenance & job records — retained for property management record-keeping
  • Dispute records — retained for dispute resolution and fraud prevention
  • Activity logs — retained for audit trail

Your name, email, and phone number are replaced with a non-identifying placeholder on retained records.
